Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client.
To ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice in the event of a reschedule or cancellation. Please be aware that a deposit is required to secure your time slot, and a grace period of 15 minutes will be granted. However, if you exceed this grace period, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 65% of the service fee. We kindly request that you call ahead to reschedule.
Please note that this charge will not be applied to your next appointment. Additionally, we kindly ask that no extra individuals or children accompany clients during their appointments. Thank you for your understanding, as there are other clients who would like to enjoy our services.
